  • Hi.

    This a wired thermostat,  so is not suitable to replace a wireless thermosat.

  • If the hand symbol is showing with a high set-point, then it will be a thermostat issue.

  • If a remote sensor is connect to the top pins, then you will need  the BT-DP instead.  HCO code 11B22.

  • Yes, it will connect to the same 2 wires.  A backplate is included.

  • Yes you can.
  • I'm afraid not.  I would recommend the Danfoss TPOne-B instead.  HCO Code 21A19.
  • Make sure it is in the off mode before resetting.

    Taking the batteries out for longer than 1 minute will do the same job.

  • Hi. It will be suitable as long as there is not a cable connected to the top NTC terminals. You will need to change the back box as it has had a slight design change.
  • Hi You will need to change the wall box. But it will connect to the same 2 wires.

  • Yes, as long as the top two terminals (remote sensor) are not currently being used.
